Trucks:

We operate from two one ton crew cab pickups to pull the rigs and a Suburban for people moving.
We have one refrigerated one ton truck with 16' Cold Box which runs off Engine or plugged into external power.

Equipment:

32' Enclosed Catering Trailer- Self contained with A/C, 3 Compartment Commercial Sink, Hot Water, 20kw Generator, Storage, etc. (State approved and licensed) Equipped with 8' Salad Bar, Portable Liquor Bar, Double Blodgett Ovens, 30 Gallon Tilt Skillet, 36" Griddle, 48" Char Grill, 3 Fryers, Numerous Burners, Chafers, Pot Utensils and Accessories.

20' Bumper Pull Covered Kitchen

Built around a Southern Pride SP 750 Rotisserie Pit, customized for 400 degrees Convention Oven capabilities. Unit has 6 Spindles and 3 Shelves per Spindle. Unit has 2 Burner Stove Top for large capacity Pots with height output BTUs Station, 2 Fryers, Boiling Pots, Hot Storage Boxes, Speed Racks, etc. This unit has tremendous cooking capacity and can be added to as needed with additional equipment as all our units are on wheels and portable.

Beverage Containers, Glass and Cambro Insulated Units, 14 Chafing Dishes, 3 Water Jugs (10 Gallon), 3 Food Carts, 6 54 qt. We can easily operate two crews and two events at the same time, feeding up to 500 people with each crew and equipment.

Servers run 30.00 er hour with four hour minimum. We are 
Fully permitted, licensed and insured with a Catering Liquor License, Food Safety Certificate and Experienced Staff.

Optional Extras:

For an additional charge we will work as your wedding coordinator also.  We are experienced and friends with the local venues owners, have some private homes  options available and can get you the answers you need about local support and vendors in this market.  

Live Music, Band, String Quartet or other Music, Valet Parking, Theme Parties and Decor is also available.

Tents, Lights, Chairs as well as Fans, Heater and Generators, Portable A/C and even toilet trailers for "Outdoor Events" are also available.
