All pricing includes Cutlery with paper or plastic goods. We can provide standard glassware and silverware with white linen napkins for a slight upcharge. We serve this as a one double-sided buffet line with chaffers, serving utensils, Sterno, decorative platters and display pieces, greenery and linens or table skirting included.

For events that require more than one buffet line there is an additional charge of $80.00 per buffet to cover the expense of additional labor and skirting. Special events, game days and other “high traffic” times or venues may incur additional fees.
Dessert and Coffee can be added to all menus for an additional cost. For a plated seat and serve meal there is an additional charge of $5.00 per person.
Adjusted pricing may apply if guest count is lower than 75.
A Service charge of 20% and sales tax is not included in pricing. Pricing does not include any “caterer’s fee” or surcharges that may possibly be charged by the venue or vendors of your choice. You should check with your venue to see if this fee is applicable. Catering fees will be added to your bill if not paid upfront by the client.
