We operate from two one ton crew cab pickups to pull the rigs and a GMC
Denali for people moving.
We have one refrigerated one ton truck with 16' Cold Box which runs off Engine
or plugged into external power.

32' Enclosed Catering Trailer-
Self containted with A/C, 3 Compartment Commerical Sink, Hot Water, 20kw Generator, Storage, etc. (State approved and licensed) Equipped with 8' Salad Bar, Portable Liquor Bar, Double Blodgett Ovens, 30 Gallon Tilt Skillet, 36" Griddle, 48" Char Grill, 3 Fryers, Numerous Burners, Chafers, Pot Utensils and Accessories.

20' Bumper Pull Covered Kitchen- Built around a Southern Pride SP 750 Rotisserie Pit, customized for 400 degres Convention Oven capabilites. Unit has 6 Spindles and 3 Shelves per Spindle. Unit has 2 Burner Stove Top for large capacity Pots with hight output BTU's Station, 2 Fryers, Boiling Pots, Hot Storage Boxes, Speed Racks, etc. This unit has tremendous cooking capacity and can be added to as needed with additional equipment as all our units are on wheels and portable.

We can easily operate two crews and two events at the same time, feeding up to 500 people with each crew and equipment.

Servers run $25.00 per hour with four hour minimum.
Fully permitted, licensed and insured with a Catering Liquor License, Food Saftey Certificate and Experienced Staff.

Optional Extras:

For an additional charge, you may elect to hold your Wedding on the Grounds, Island Gazebo,
Patio or on certain occasions in Main House Plantation House (Limited).

Live Music, Band, String Quartet or other Music, Valet Parking, Theme Parties and Decor is also available.

Tents, Lights, Chairs as well as Fans, Heater and Portable A/C for "Grounds Events" are also available.
